Rohan Dias is a corporate trainer, executive coach, and leadership development specialist with over 15 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organisations unlock their potential and achieve sustainable growth. He has worked with senior leaders, executives, and high-performing teams, enabling them to strengthen leadership capability, enhance performance, and navigate change with confidence.

 

Combining practical business experience with a strong academic foundation, Rohan holds an MSc in Services Management from the University of Colombo, where he conducted research in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He is also a Certified Marketer of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), holds a professional qualification in Human Resource Management from CIPM Sri Lanka, and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
