Rangika Abeynayake

Rangika Abeynayake is a seasoned senior HR Leader with over 20 years of experience. She is widely respected for her ability to inspire teams, build leadership capability, and create strong organisational cultures that drive long-term impact and growth.
She has held key leadership roles in Human Resources at leading organisations, including Millennium I.T.E.S.P, John Keells Holdings, Wiley Global Technology (Part of John Wiley and Sons US), WNS Global Services, and Dialog Axiata, where she partnered closely with the senior leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives and organisational growth.
She has successfully led strategic HR initiatives focused on leadership development and talent management, organisational culture transformation, performance management and HR digital transformation. Her ability to build high-performing teams and foster collaborative, people-centred workplace cultures has contributed significantly to sustainable organisational success.
Rangika is recognised for her expertise in developing leadership capability, coaching and mentoring talent, and driving organisational effectiveness through agile, digital and future-focused HR practices. She has extensive experience in leading large teams, coaching and empowering individuals to achieve success.
Rangika holds a BSc. (Special) degree in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a Diploma in Marketing from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing. She has further strengthened her expertise through globally recognised certifications, including the Everything DISC Workplace Certification by Wiley and Korn Ferry 360 Coach. She is currently pursuing her postgraduate education in Counselling Psychology at IHRA, University of Colombo.
