Farzana Siddique AliKhan is a Senior Catalyst at Purposeful Leadership, renowned for her extensive experience in consulting and coaching. With a career spanning over two decades, she has specialized in customer care, organizational culture development, and personality development. Farzana's journey in the consulting world began with her collaboration with Consultants of Sensei Lanka from 2006 to 2016. During this period, she delivered coaching, and training, assisted consultants, providing cutting-edge training and educational facilities for companies worldwide.
Farzana's role involved coaching and training services in over 30 companies across 10 countries. She played a pivotal role in identifying customer and employee perceptions, evaluating and improving processes, and delivering impactful coaching and training. Her notable clients included Mashreq Bank (UAE), Unilever (Morocco and Algeria), Comtextiles (Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and Indonesia), Eastern Bank Ltd (Bangladesh), BRAC Bank (Bangladesh), Dhaka Bank (Bangladesh), The City Bank (Bangladesh), Glaxo Smith Kline (Bangladesh), Aarong (Bangladesh), Apollo Hospital (Bangladesh), Rahimafrooz Superstores (Bangladesh), Kenpark Apparels (Bangladesh), Robi Axiata Telecom (Bangladesh), Banglalink (Bangladesh), and Grameen Phone (Bangladesh).
Farzana holds a Bachelor of Science from North South University in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She is trained in Project Management from the Works Education Association, Australia, Customer Service from Mobilink Pakistan, Customer Care Excellence, and Mastery of Self through Neuro-Linguistic Programming from Dr. Ranjan De Silva. Her skills include designing customer service, rapport building, listening, inquiring, consulting, coaching, training, leadership, selling, team building, and negotiation skills.
Farzana's expertise in coaching and training is further enhanced by her participation in The Middle East - Asia Business Forum in UAE, Top Performance for Top Teams in Sri Lanka, and Sales Power by Bob Urichuck and Ranjan De Silva in Bangladesh. Her dedication was recognised with the Certificate of Performance Excellence for outstanding performance awarded by Banglalink at the end of 2005.
Farzana is also the Director of Client Services at Victoria Crescent Medical Precinct in Melbourne, Australia, a position she has held since October 2021. She directs client services, allied health, human resources and information technology at its head office in Mount Waverley and branches in Cranbourne, Beaconsfield, and Doreen.
